Electronic Technician Role at Khidmah

Khidmah is seeking a full-time Electronic Technician to join its Facilities Management team in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the critical installation, maintenance, and repair of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with both company and client standards. This involves a comprehensive approach to system management, from initial setup to ongoing support and troubleshooting within a dynamic facilities management environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, inspect, and repair various ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), Structured Cabling, Intrusion & Security, and Intercom Systems.
• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on ELV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose faults and efficiently resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing to verify system reliability and compliance with established standards.
• Read and accurately interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors and other maintenance teams to complete assigned work orders.
• Ensure all work is carried out in strict compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare detailed service reports.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests when required.
• Ensure that all tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and used safely.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a relevant technical field.
• A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

Work Environment and Expectations

This role requires a willingness to work on-site in Abqaiq and to respond to emergency maintenance requirements as needed. The technician will be an integral part of a dedicated Facilities Management team, contributing to the operational excellence of various systems.
