Relationship Manager Affluent Banking ( Baljurashi )

About the Role

Riyad Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for Affluent Banking to join its team in Baljurashi, Al Bahah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing client relationships, driving sales of retail banking products, and ensuring the delivery of effective financial services to affluent customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients who purchase financial services through regular visits to major prospects and existing customers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer organizations, industries, and global practices to effectively meet their banking needs and expectations.
• Identify revenue opportunities and actively sell Retail Banking products to achieve sales targets.
• Maximize product penetration and cross-selling, while actively seeking structured finance opportunities.
• Develop and follow up on account plans in a consistent and timely manner.
• Provide insights on governmental demand for commercially viable loans that meet market needs.
• Review and approve Credit Applications (CAs) according to authority levels, ensuring quality and completeness before submission to Credit for review.
• Collaborate with the Credit Analytics Unit and Risk Management to secure and enhance the quality of the credit portfolio.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices, considering international best practices, cost reduction, and productivity.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports in line with Riyad Bank's requirements, policies, and standards.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies and procedures.

Operational Duties

• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure controlled and consistent work execution.
• Manage day-to-day operations related to the role to ensure continuity of work.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Biljurashi, Al Bahah, Saudi Arabia, within Riyad Bank's Affluent Banking division.
