Join DSV – Global Transport and Logistics as a Senior Operational Finance Specialist
As a key player within the DSV Road Division operations, you will ensure the precise and timely processing of financial transactions, alongside effective documentation management. Your expertise will play a crucial role in billing and financial operations, as well as vendor and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process invoices in line with contractual agreements.
Verify accuracy in billing data including rates and discounts.
Maintain compliance in accounts receivables and payables processes.
Conduct revenue and cost forecasting while ensuring adherence to financial policies.
Perform root cause analysis and suggest operational improvements.
Act as a primary liaison with vendors and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements in freight operations.
Drive cost efficiency within the department.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role within the logistics/supply chain industry.
Financial qualification and/or experience in accounts receivables/payables functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP.
Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.

This key role is pivotal to managing financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting while driving the growth of our operations in the region.

Role Overview
The CFO will oversee the finance department, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and managing all accounting activities. You will work closely with the Management Team to enhance financial processes and support business unit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage the finance department.
Supervise finance team members including Staff Accountant and Payroll Administrator.
Ensure adherence to Saudi financial laws.
Implement cost control processes.
Manage financial reporting for local management and parent company.
Coordinate audits and collaborate with external tax firms.
Monitor cash management and forecasts.
Develop financial strategies for projects.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with at least 12 years of accounting management experience. A degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA or equivalent certification is required. Strong analytical skills and detail orientation are essential, along with experience in accounting software systems.
