Ninja is a quick-commerce company seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the performance and daily operations of multiple dark stores. This full-time role is based in Tabuk, within the North region, and requires a hands-on operations leader.

Role Overview

The Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring that dark stores operate efficiently, consistently, and at the required speed to deliver a positive customer experience. This position involves leading teams across various operational areas and driving key performance indicators. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in quick commerce, grocery e-commerce, retail, fulfillment, or last-mile operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure dark stores meet established targets for order accuracy, fulfillment speed, product availability, and customer service standards.
• Lead and develop Store Managers and operational teams, encompassing staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as picking productivity, inventory accuracy, stock availability, shrinkage, wastage, and order fulfillment time.
• Identify operational gaps and implement initiatives aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Last Mile, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams to resolve issues and enhance service levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards across all assigned stores.

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in operations leadership.
• Background in quick commerce, grocery e-commerce, retail, fulfillment, or last-mile operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop operational teams.
• Experience in monitoring and driving operational and commercial KPIs.

Work Location

This position is based in Tabuk, within the North region, and involves overseeing multiple dark store locations.
