The Role of Kids Club Animator

As a Kids Club Animator at SLS The Red Sea, you will be responsible for creating engaging and safe experiences for young guests. This full-time role involves leading activities and ensuring children have memorable experiences within the Kids Club environment in Umluj or Tabuk. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Kids Club, ensuring children are engaged, entertained, and supervised.
• Welcome children and their families, introducing them to available activities and programs.
• Lead and participate in activities such as arts & crafts, games, storytelling, music, movement, and creative play.
• Develop engaging experiences suitable for various ages, group sizes, and interests.
• Support themed events, seasonal programs, celebrations, and special Kids Club activities.
• Prepare activity areas, ensuring materials, toys, and equipment are ready before each session.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming Kids Club environment.
• Follow child check-in and check-out procedures, releasing children only to authorized guardians.
• Remain attentive to allergies, special requirements, and individual needs, communicating them appropriately.
• Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and child safeguarding procedures.
• Collaborate with the Kids Club Supervisor and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Contribute ideas for new games, activities, and experiences for young guests.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to connect with children and families.
• Demonstrated creativity and energy in leading activities.
• Understanding of child safety and safeguarding procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Kids Club team at SLS The Red Sea, located in the Tabuk region, specifically in Umluj or Tabuk. The role involves working closely with a team to deliver engaging experiences for children.
