About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the CPMO Project Department in Tabūk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for supporting the efficient management and coordination of logistics operations across all regional project sites.

Role Purpose and Context

Operating within a large-scale, fast-paced project environment, the Logistics Coordinator ensures that project assets, equipment, accommodation, transportation, site access, and project resources are effectively controlled, tracked, and managed. This position is instrumental in enabling smooth project execution by coordinating logistics activities that directly support project delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics activities to support project delivery operations across multiple locations.
Manage and track project assets and equipment.
Oversee site access requirements and ensure compliance.
Arrange and manage transportation logistics.
Allocate and manage accommodation for project personnel.
Administer PMC vehicle management.
Maintain accurate records and monitor compliance with project procedures.
Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure seamless movement and availability of essential project resources through efficient allocation and strict accountability.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, preferably within a large-scale project environment.

Work Environment and Location

This role is based within the CPMO Project Department in Tabūk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The position operates in a dynamic, fast-paced project setting, requiring strong organizational skills and adaptability to support regional project sites.
