The Role of Cluster Security Manager

Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Cluster Security Manager to oversee comprehensive security operations for its prestigious Raffles & Fairmont properties in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This leadership position involves developing and implementing security strategies to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and assets across the cluster, maintaining the highest security standards within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee security policies, procedures, and protocols across all cluster properties to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
• Lead, train, and supervise security personnel, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a culture of accountability and professional excellence.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures.
• Manage security systems and technology infrastructure, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems, ensuring optimal functionality and integration.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities and implementing crisis management procedures.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents, preparing detailed reports and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with hotel management, operations, and guest services teams to balance security requirements with exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain detailed security records, documentation, and audit trails in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular security audits and inspections to verify adherence to established protocols and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver security training programs for staff at all levels, emphasizing awareness and emergency response procedures.
• Manage security budgets and vendor relationships, optimizing resources while maintaining service quality.
• Stay current with emerging security threats, industry trends, and technological advancements in the hospitality sector.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant security leadership role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
