About the Role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Lounge in Charge to oversee lounge operations in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing daily activities during assigned shifts and acting as the primary operational lead in the absence of the Lounge Manager or Duty Manager. The successful candidate will ensure high service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency while complying with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Lounge In-Charge during assigned shifts, making operational decisions when the Lounge Manager or Duty Manager is absent.
Supervise all lounge functions, including reception, F&B, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee guest check-in and admission procedures in accordance with company policies.
Professionally greet, receive, and bid farewell to guests.
Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and service recovery.
Support and guide Guest Service Officers in daily operations and customer interactions.
Monitor lounge areas to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and readiness.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen teams to resolve operational or service issues.
Oversee cash handling, billing, and accurate record-keeping.
Ensure proper handling and documentation of lost and found items.
Monitor adherence to service standards, grooming, and conduct of guest service staff.
Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift handovers.
Ensure confidentiality of guest information and operational data.
Support training and on-the-job coaching for new and existing guest service staff.
Prepare basic operational reports and escalate issues to management as needed.
Conduct lounge opening and closing procedures, ensuring full readiness before operating hours.
Monitor lounge capacity and guest flow, managing peak periods to maintain service standards.
Handle incidents and emergencies, liaising with airport authorities, airlines, and partners.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock requisitions with relevant departments.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Lounge Manager or Duty Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in guest service, hospitality, or airport lounge operations, with supervisory exposure.

Required Skills

Strong customer service orientation with effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and support service teams in a fast-paced environment.
Capability to independently manage lounge operations and make sound decisions during assigned shifts.
Good knowledge of service standards and guest handling procedures.
Proficiency in handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, requiring active supervision of lounge operations and coordination with various teams to ensure a premium guest experience.
