Relationship Manager Affluent Banking

About the Role

Riyad Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for Affluent Banking to join its team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive banking services to affluent customers. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective affluent clients through regular visits and engagement.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' organizations, industries, and global practices to effectively meet their banking needs.
• Identify revenue opportunities and actively sell Retail Banking products to achieve sales targets.
• Maximize product penetration, cross-selling, and explore structured finance opportunities to deliver effective services.
• Develop and maintain account plans to ensure timely follow-up on identified action items.
• Provide insights on governmental demand and commercially viable loan products to the team.
• Review and approve Credit Applications (CAs) according to authority levels, ensuring quality and completeness before submission to Credit for review.
• Collaborate with the Credit Analytics Unit and Risk Management to secure and enhance the quality of the credit portfolio.

Operational Duties

• Adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure consistent work execution.
• Manage day-to-day operations related to the role to ensure continuity of work.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices, considering international best practices, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports for Riyad Bank, meeting company and department requirements, policies, and standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial services and retail banking products.
