Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative for a full-time position in Tanumah. This role focuses on ensuring excellent customer reception and maintaining a high level of service within the showrooms. The representative will be responsible for meeting customer needs, providing comprehensive service both before and after sales, and managing the customer journey from entry into the showroom through order fulfillment and proper goods delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer reception and maintain a high standard of service.
• Address customer needs and deliver exceptional customer service pre- and post-sales.
• Guide customers through the showroom, introduce products, secure orders, calculate quantities, and assist with color and product coordination.
• Coordinate with showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure the availability of all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogs.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Commit to management goals and implement required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
• Maintain adequate stock levels, especially for fast-moving items, by adhering to ordering policies based on minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Implement the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy and procedure to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required.
• Deposit all daily sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager regarding competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Contribute helpful ideas and suggestions for developing the sales process and value.
• Execute job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Tanumah, requiring active engagement with customers and coordination with internal teams within a showroom setting. The role involves adherence to company policies and operational guidelines to ensure efficient sales and inventory management.

Reporting Structure

The Showroom Sales Representative will report directly to the assigned manager, providing regular updates and reports on sales performance, stock levels, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Collaboration with the region accountant for financial reporting is also required.
