About the Role

Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Company (Alturki Holding) is seeking a Musanadah - HSE Officer for a full-time position in Thuwal. This role is crucial for ensuring that health, safety, and environmental standards are consistently implemented and maintained across all site operations. The HSE Officer will be instrumental in fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with both legal and client requirements, thereby minimizing risks to personnel, assets, and the environment.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to uphold and enhance health, safety, and environmental performance within the company's operations. The officer will be responsible for proactive risk management and ensuring a safe working environment, contributing directly to operational excellence and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and control potential hazards.
• Implement and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and permit-to-work systems on site.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, determine root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for staff and subcontractors.
• Prepare HSE reports and statistics, and maintain accurate safety records.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including drills and response plans.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Health, Safety, and Environment role. A strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices is required to effectively manage and implement safety protocols.
