About the Opportunity

Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lounge Supervisor to lead the daily operations of its airport lounge located in Jazan. This full-time role is critical for ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining an exceptional guest experience within the lounge environment. The supervisor will play a key role in upholding GECS's service standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the airport lounge to ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead, coach, and support the lounge team to maintain high service standards.
Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams and airport stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
Prepare daily operational reports and support continuous service improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

Must be a Saudi National.
Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Possess a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, aviation, hotels, lounges, or customer service operations.
Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
