Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Assign daily duties and inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
- Train, coach, and support housekeeping colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory and request housekeeping supplies as needed.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and health & safety regulations.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering team for repairs.
- Support the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling, performance reviews, and administrative tasks.
Key Skills & Experience:- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
