About the Role

Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its properties in Jazan, Jīzān, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a dynamic and results-driven leader responsible for driving overall hotel performance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams. The role focuses on delivering strong financial results within the Saudi hospitality market.

Role Overview

The General Manager will provide strategic leadership across all hotel departments, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with brand standards. This position requires a commercially focused leader with a deep understanding of the local market and a commitment to talent development and Saudization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all hotel departments.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and overall asset performance.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with company objectives and owner expectations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and compliance with brand standards.
• Lead and mentor the Executive Committee and department heads to foster a culture of accountability and performance.
• Build strong relationships with owners, government entities, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Champion talent development, succession planning, and Saudization initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant leadership role within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated commercial focus and a deep understanding of the Saudi hospitality market.
• Proven ability to drive financial results and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Experience in developing and leading high-performing teams.
