In this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficient operations of our warehouse, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, and fulfillment processes.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficient operations of our warehouse, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, and fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse operations, including barcode scanning functions and last-mile deliveries.
- Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation.
- Conduct daily inspections of warehouse inventory and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment such as delivery vans and forklifts.
- Communicate and resolve order discrepancies with other departments and customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (HSE, IOSH, ISO).
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Two years of hands-on experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar management position.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and WMS software (Infor, JD Edward, Manhattan, Oracle, etc.).
