About the Role

Energy Care is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with work locations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is suitable for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience, focusing on managing purchasing operations and ensuring the timely availability of required materials.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and track purchase requests, ensuring all data is complete.
Request price quotations from suppliers and follow up on their receipt.
Issue and monitor purchase orders until materials are received.
Coordinate with warehouses and relevant departments to ensure timely availability of needs.
Update supplier data and archive documents and contracts.
Contribute to the search for new suppliers and support the localization of suppliers and raw materials.
Prepare periodic reports related to purchases and supply chains.
Enter and update data on the ERP system and adhere to purchasing policies and procedures.
Execute any other tasks assigned by the Purchasing Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Recent graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Good command of the English language.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a team to manage purchasing processes and support supply chain efficiency.
