Join Skyleaf Consultants LLP as a Sales Manager!
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager/Senior Manager to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. This role demands an individual who is proactive, customer-oriented, and has a strong background in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Generation: Your primary goal is to generate sales by targeting specific customer segments and guiding them through all stages of the sales cycle from pitch to contract.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. This includes conducting proposal presentations and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the product team to gather accurate product information and feedback for future enhancements.
  • Sales Growth: Increase revenue through cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on suggestions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction trends, report feedback, and assist in improving product offerings.
  • Time Management: Ensure personal sales goals are met while collaborating with the team.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
  • 68 years of proven B2B sales experience, especially with corporate clients.
  • Experience in solution sales, focusing on addressing specific business needs.
  • Knowledge of mobile app solutions is essential.
  • Understanding of consultative selling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in creating presentations.
  • Strong networking capabilities for relationship building.

Personal Traits:
  • Proactive and self-starting.
  • People-friendly and a strong team player.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.

  • Proven history of growth through previous organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Extensive experience in fresh produce, poultry, dairy, or the fresh market or related field is essential.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management within the targeted sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
