ملخص الوظيفة:
نحن نبحث عن مدير مبيعات استراتيجي وذكي ومؤثر لقيادة نمو الأعمال الإضافية في منطقتي الغربية والوسطى من المملكة العربية السعودية لوحدة إدارة ضغط إيمرسون (PRM). ستتضمن مسؤولياتك تحقيق الميزانيات التجارية، وتقديم الدعم للعملاء، ودفع البرامج الاستراتيجية، وتطوير فرص عمل جديدة. ستتفاعل مع العملاء، وتدعم حجز الطلبات، وتساهم في تنفيذ المبادرات الاستراتيجية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحقيق ميزانيات حجز الطلبات المخصصة.
  • دعم التقارير الشهرية واجتماعات الميزانية.
  • المشاركة في تنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية والتكتيكية.
  • تقييم وتحديد أولويات الطلبات والتحقق من التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والهندسة.
  • التفاوض على الشروط وحجز الطلبات النقية.
  • قضاء 6070% من الوقت في زيارة العملاء لبناء العلاقات والترويج لمنتجات إيمرسون.
  • المشاركة في المسؤوليات بعد البيع، وضمان دعم العملاء.
  • إجراء جولات تقييم الموقع وإنشاء/تحديث خطط المواقع للعملاء.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في الهندسة (ميكانيكية، أدوات، كيميائية، إلخ).
  • خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات في مجالات النفط والغاز وغيرها من الصناعات.
  • الطلاقة في الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • الإجادة في استخدام Microsoft 365 وPower BI.
