نحن نبحث عن مدير مبيعات وتسويق ديناميكي وذو نتائج لقيادة جهودنا في دفع نمو الأعمال. هذه الوظيفة أساسية في اكتساب عملاء جدد، وتوسيع الوجود في السوق، وتعزيز العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خلفية قوية في المبيعات والتسويق وإدارة علاقات العملاء داخل قطاع النقل.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحديد واستهداف فرص العملاء الجدد لتوسيع قاعدة العملاء.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ خطط استراتيجية لاختراق أسواق جديدة.
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء المحتملين، وعرض حلول النقل التي تقدمها الشركة.
  • تحديد وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.
  • إعداد وتقديم عروض تقديمية و مقترحات مبيعات جذابة.
  • مراقبة اتجاهات السوق ونشاطات المنافسين لتكييف استراتيجيات المبيعات.
  • تخطيط وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية للترويج للخدمات وزيادة وضوح العلامة التجارية.
  • التعاون مع فريق التسويق لتطوير المواد الترويجية، بما في ذلك المحتوى الرقمي، والكتيبات، والإعلانات.
  • استغلال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وقنوات التسويق الرقمي لجذب عملاء جدد.
  • تعزيز علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الرئيسيين لضمان الرضا والولاء.
  • أن تكون نقطة الاتصال الأساسية للعملاء، ومعالجة الاستفسارات وحل القضايا بسرعة.
  • تتبع وتحليل مقاييس أداء المبيعات والتسويق.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكاليوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذو صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات والتسويق، يفضل أن تكون ضمن صناعة النقل.
  • معرفة قوية بإستراتيجيات اكتساب العملاء وتقنيات اختراق السوق.
  • مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.
  • إجادة أدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء ومنصات التسويق الرقمي.
  • عقلية موجهة نحو النتائج مع التركيز على تحقيق وتجاوز الأهداف.

    • Knowledge of Industrial and Natural Gas Regulators and Pressure Relief Valves is preferred.
    • Arabic language skills are a plus.
