We are looking for a dedicated Senior Compliance Officer to join one of our renowned client's teams in Jeddah. If you have a keen eye for regulatory compliance, governance, and corporate policies, this role is for you!

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Compliance Officer to join one of our renowned client's teams in Jeddah. If you have a keen eye for regulatory compliance, governance, and corporate policies, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper execution of directors’ appointments in collaboration with the governance department, in line with CMA regulations, Saudi Corporate Companies Law, and Articles of Association.
- Develop and implement company policies and compliance regulations.
- Oversee business operations, ensuring adherence to policies, investments, and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce control systems to prevent violations of legal rules and internal policies.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with Corporate Counsel, HR, and Audit departments for regulatory enforcement.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and evolving compliance best practices.
- Prepare compliance reports for executive management and external regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate compliance records while adhering to all organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a relevant field from an accredited university.
- Strong experience dealing with MOC (Ministry of Commerce) and MOL (Ministry of Labor).
- Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and editing agreements and contracts.
- General awareness of quality and environmental aspects.
