About the Role

Talents Sea is seeking an Account Coordinator to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring client needs are met, and providing high-quality service. The Account Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and proactively manage client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs.
Resolve complaints and prevent issues related to client accounts.
Build, maintain, and manage relationships with client stakeholders, including HR and Finance teams.
Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns in a timely manner.
Ensure client satisfaction at all times.
Submit, maintain, and track CRM requests.
Review client account activity reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Experience Level

This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to develop skills in client relationship management within a professional environment.
