Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Assistant Operator, Bundling is to provide crucial support to the overall bundling operations in the production area. This involves actively assisting with the precise handling, accurate counting, systematic arranging, and efficient transferring of finished products. The role ensures that all tasks are performed in strict accordance with established production requirements and rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the shift team in the effective operation of bundling equipment.
• Assist with the handling, counting, arranging, and transferring of finished products.
• Ensure all bundling activities comply with production requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain and promote safe working practices within the production area.
• Promptly report any operational abnormalities or delays to the supervisor.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in the designated work area.
• Strictly follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Adhere to standard operating instructions (SOIs) and directions provided by supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient bundling operations.

Qualifications and Experience
