About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking an Asst. Team Leader to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of supplies and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the daily receiving, storing, and issuance of supplies.
Ensure all supplies are accurately logged, rated, and checked according to agreed specifications.
Verify that all items are posted as per requisition requirements.
Oversee proper storage of items, adhering to the FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principle for in-house issuance and LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) for other station supplies.
Confirm that all items are issued correctly, meet requirements, and are properly labeled.
Coordinate with other departments regarding daily requisitions and stock needs.
Record and report operation-critical information, such as nil stock and critical stock levels, to the reorder person.
Conduct random stock checks to ensure inventory integrity.
Ensure compliance with all aspects of Food Safety and Work Safety, and maintain clean and well-kept facilities.
Actively participate in monthly and yearly inventory counts for Food Stores, Non-Food Stores, and Sub Stores.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage supply chain operations.
Understanding of inventory management principles (FEFO, LIFO).

Required Skills

Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Attention to detail in logging, checking, and issuing supplies.
Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.
Commitment to maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, where the Asst. Team Leader will work collaboratively to ensure efficient supply management and operational integrity.
