About the Role

Abdul Latif Jameel Company Limited is seeking a Body & Paint Master Facilitator to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 8-12 years of experience and focuses on leading the design, delivery, and enhancement of Body & Paint training and certification programs.

Role Overview

The Master Facilitator is a subject-matter expert responsible for developing and implementing high-quality Body & Paint training and certification programs. This role ensures alignment with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards and translates business needs into effective capability development initiatives. The objective is to improve operational performance and service quality within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, update, and enhance Body & Paint training curricula and materials using modern instructional techniques and digital tools.
• Deliver high-impact technical training programs aligned with OEM standards, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement.
• Manage the end-to-end certification lifecycle, including theoretical and practical assessments, ensuring integrity and alignment with OEM requirements.
• Conduct regular Gemba visits to workshops to assess training effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and recommend targeted interventions.
• Integrate advanced training methods, including simulators, visual aids, and digital learning solutions, to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Ensure training programs contribute directly to operational excellence and workforce capability development.
• Coach and mentor facilitators to elevate instructional quality and technical capability.

Job Context and Framework

This role operates within the HITCL academic governance and OEM (Toyota) certification standards. The Master Facilitator translates business needs, OEM standards, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) outcomes into practical learning interventions. Collaboration with Toyota Motor Corporation, digital learning teams, and business stakeholders is essential to ensure training quality, certification compliance, and continuous improvement through on-the-job engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Maximum of 12 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Subject-matter expertise in Body & Paint repair and certification.
• Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Familiarity with OEM standards, particularly Toyota.
