Position Summary

BrandCare360 is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on generating new business, acquiring clients, developing strategic relationships, and achieving sales and revenue targets across BrandCare360's service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across KSA & UAE.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/annual targets.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable BrandCare360 solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Lead negotiations and manage the sales process through successful closure.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth proposal development and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and opportunity updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
• Provide regular sales and business development reports to management.

Core Sales Focus

The Business Development Manager will actively promote BrandCare360's solutions, including HR Consultations, Sales Promoters, Merchandising, Brand Activation, POSM Production, Delivery Agent Services, and SaaS Solutions. These services support brands and businesses with recruitment, outsourced business services, retail execution, merchandising, activations, promotional campaigns, and related market-support requirements.
