About the Data Analyst Assistant Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare simple charts and tables that illustrate management bottlenecks.
• Maintain written records of project findings to ensure client history is preserved.
• Assist in tracking the progress of structural changes implemented with the Jeddah-based client.
• Check data sets for errors or inconsistencies before they are shared with senior advisors.
• Summarize weekly trends in team productivity or decision-making speed into clear notes.
• Support the team in building searchable data logs to reduce reliance on individual memory.
• Participate in remote team check-ins to discuss how data findings align with client meeting observations.
