About the Role

Al Mujtama Pharmacy is seeking a Data Entry professional to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by entering data from various sources. The role involves ensuring data integrity, organizing information for efficient access, and supporting overall operational efficiency within the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data from diverse sources into designated systems and databases.
• Update and correct outdated or incorrect information in databases to maintain data accuracy.
• Verify the precision of all entered data, ensuring the absence of errors.
• Organize data systematically to facilitate easy access, retrieval, and future use.
• Classify and manage files and documents to ensure efficient searching and retrieval.

Reporting and Data Protection

• Prepare periodic reports detailing the volume of entered data and extracted information.
• Generate departmental and unit statements and reports accurately and on time, adhering to company requirements, policies, and quality standards.
• Implement measures to protect sensitive data and ensure strict compliance with organizational data protection policies.

Team Collaboration and Improvement

• Provide support to colleagues with data entry tasks as required.
• Offer guidance and on-the-job training to junior colleagues, facilitating knowledge sharing to achieve team objectives efficiently and consistently with operating procedures.
• Adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure consistent work execution.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices, focusing on productivity enhancement and cost reduction.
