Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Director of Finance for The House Hotel Jeddah. This full-time role involves leading all financial operations, including budgeting, controls, reporting, and strategy for a new hospitality destination in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses in line with corporate and ownership requirements.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and treasury controls.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, audit processes, and financial policies to safeguard assets.
• Collaborate with department heads to support cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee procurement processes, supplier contracts, and invoice approvals.
• Support pre-opening or seasonal ramp-up activities, including system setup and financial procedures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to hotel management to support decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in finance, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead financial operations and strategy.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
