About the Role

Jamjoom Pharma is seeking an Event Specialist to join its Event Management team. This full-time position, based in Jeddah within the Makkah region, is offered under the Tamheer Program, designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to gain practical skills in event management.

Role Overview

The Event Specialist will develop hands-on experience in managing events from inception to completion. This role involves supporting and progressively leading small-to-medium scale events, contributing to all phases of event execution and post-event activities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Support and progressively manage small-to-medium events.
Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and checklists.
Coordinate effectively with business stakeholders and external suppliers.
Manage quotations, logistics, budgets, and purchase order (PO) follow-ups.
Support or lead on-site event execution and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Complete post-event evaluation, reporting, and financial closure processes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. This individual should be eager to take ownership of events and contribute effectively to the team.

Required Qualifications and Program Eligibility

Must meet all requirements for the Tamheer program.
Resident in Jeddah.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Not registered in GOSI during the last six months.
