About the Role: Guest Experience Expert

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests.
Completing necessary reports accurately.
Sharing highlights and information about the local area with guests.
Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Success in this role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets. Professionals in this role are expected to uphold quality standards and ensure their uniform, personal appearance, and communications are consistently professional. The role involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and taking a hands-on approach to tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
