Implementation Engineer

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join their team in Makkah, with work locations including Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves deploying, configuring, and integrating software solutions to meet client requirements. The Implementation Engineer will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful software product implementation, addressing technical challenges and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and configure necessary software and hardware environments for implementation.
• Install and configure software solutions according to client specifications and project requirements.
• Customize software settings and parameters to align with client business processes and needs.
• Integrate software with existing systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure functional, performance, and security requirements are met.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or bugs during the testing phase, working closely with quality assurance teams.
• Provide training to clients and end-users on effective software usage, creating user guides, documentation, and training materials.
• Offer ongoing technical support to clients during and after implementation, addressing questions and issues.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or developers when necessary for timely resolution.
• Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for process improvement.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for software implementation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and changes.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes for management and clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in software implementation or a related technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy, configure, and integrate software solutions.
• Experience working with clients, project managers, and technical teams.
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical challenges during implementation.

Work Environment and Expectations

• This role is full-time and based in Makkah, with travel required to various locations for project implementations, client meetings, and other business activities.
• Flexibility with working hours, including potential work during weekends, may be required to meet project deadlines or client needs.
• All decisions and strategies must be aligned with company leadership before implementation.
