Implementation Engineer

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join their team in Makkah, with responsibilities spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, from planning and configuration to testing and post-implementation support. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, including resource allocation and risk assessments.
• Prepare and configure software and hardware environments for solution deployment.
• Install and configure software solutions according to client specifications and project requirements.
• Customize software settings and parameters to align with client business processes.
• Integrate software with existing systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and security requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or bugs during the testing phase, working with quality assurance teams.
• Provide training to clients and end-users on effective software usage.
• Create user guides, documentation, and training materials for client onboarding.
• Offer ongoing technical support to clients during and after implementation.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA, for successful project delivery.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure clear communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing root cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or developers as needed.
• Gather feedback to identify areas for process improvement.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and changes.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
• Ensure all documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders and updated.
• Align all decisions and strategies with company leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong understanding of software development and integration, including proficiency in programming languages, APIs, and databases.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients, including clear communication of technical information and requirements gathering.

Work Environment and Expectations

This role requires flexibility with working hours, including potential work during weekends to meet project deadlines or client needs. Travel to various locations is required to support project implementations, client meetings, and other business activities.
