About the Role

Ninja, a leading quick-commerce company, is seeking a dedicated Inbound Officer to join its logistics operations team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This is a full-time position crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our receiving processes.

Role Overview

The Inbound Officer is responsible for overseeing and executing all inbound receiving operations. This role ensures that incoming shipments are accurately verified, meet quality standards, and are properly documented. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with warehouse, transportation, and quality teams to facilitate seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute inbound receiving operations and unloading activities.
• Verify received goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Inspect product quality, quantity, and expiration dates to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Report damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies immediately.
• Manage batch creation and ensure proper labeling of received goods.
• Organize and transfer received pallets to designated warehouse zones.
• Coordinate truck scheduling and gate management to avoid delays and congestion.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and update transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare daily receiving and discrepancy reports.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse receiving or inbound operations.
• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning.
• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

• Physical ability to lift and move materials when required and stand for extended periods.
