About Ninja and the Inbound Officer Role

Ninja is seeking an Inbound Officer to join our logistics operations team. This full-time position is central to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our receiving operations. The Inbound Officer will play a critical role in verifying inbound shipments, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring proper documentation for all incoming goods.

Role Purpose and Coordination

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and execute inbound receiving processes from start to finish. The Inbound Officer will be responsible for coordinating closely with various internal teams, including warehouse, transportation, and quality assurance, to facilitate smooth daily operations and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute inbound receiving operations and unloading activities.
• Verify received goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Inspect product quality, quantity, and expiration dates to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Report damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies immediately upon discovery.
• Manage batch creation and ensure proper labeling of all received goods.
• Organize and transfer received pallets to their designated warehouse zones.
• Coordinate truck scheduling and gate management to prevent delays and congestion.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and update transactions within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare daily receiving and discrepancy reports.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse receiving or inbound operations.
• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning processes.
