About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Manager - Customer & Market Insight to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is critical for executing comprehensive insight programs that provide intelligence on Brand Affinity, Social Marketing, Product, Price, and Network Dynamics, as well as overall Insurance Market and Competitive Positioning. The role drives custom research innovation and ensures the timely delivery of vital brand health and market intelligence.

Core Responsibilities and Insight Generation

This role is central to driving custom research innovation and ensuring the timely delivery of Brand Health and Market Intelligence. The Manager will also be responsible for managing Power BI dashboards across multiple data sources to provide comprehensive insights.

• Oversee the execution of tracking research and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of monthly brand KPIs.
• Conduct quality reviews to identify data gaps and recommend strategic actions.
• Perform parallel listening of monthly interviews to validate Health Tracker insights and ensure sampling robustness by monitoring demographic quotas.
• Maintain and update monthly databases for Brand Health, preparing Snapshot and Comprehensive reports in Excel and PowerPoint.

Market and Price Intelligence

• Execute and update market intelligence programs covering Network, Products, and Digital capabilities.
• Review competitor websites and update Market Intelligence reports monthly.
• Update performance sheets for competitors from financial reports and prepare competitive intelligence reports for Digital, Corporate, and SME segments.
• Manage third-party execution of Price Intelligence research, review communications, and prepare/update the Price benchmarking database.
• Acquire information from the Sales department on Lapse customers and ensure research is conducted to quantify lapse reasons.
• Review results from Brand Health, Market Intelligence, and Lapse studies, preparing comparative reports and ensuring data accuracy.

Social Media Performance Monitoring

• Track and analyze performance metrics across major social platforms, including engagement, reach, and sentiment.
• Conduct weekly reviews of paid and organic campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends using social listening tools.
• Collaborate with digital and brand teams to align insights with campaign goals.
• Develop and maintain APIs to fetch data from top social media platforms for automated reporting.
• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards for real-time social media intelligence.

Budget and Vendor Management

• Prepare, monitor, and control research budgets effectively.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of external vendors.

Required Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in customer insight, market research, or a related analytical field. Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, and experience with research methodologies and reporting are essential for this full-time role in Jeddah.
