RDC Operations Executive Overview

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated RDC Operations Executive to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to managing and optimizing end-to-end UTR operations, ensuring high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction within Amazon's robust logistics network.

This role contributes directly to the operational excellence of Amazon's fulfillment and distribution network, specifically focusing on the supervision and management of UTR (Under The Roof) operations across various sites to maintain seamless workflow and operational integrity.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end UTR operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites, including direct supervision of store operations.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while consistently maintaining operational and quality targets.
• Uphold the safety standards and foster positive morale within the reporting team.
• Drive effective performance management strategies for team members.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive training and development plans for pickers.
• Collaborate closely with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve operations processes and achieve sustained performance enhancement.
• Conduct daily 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Serve as a stand-in for the Area Manager as needed, ensuring continuity of operations.

Essential Qualifications

• Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an operational role.
