RDC Operations Executive

About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking an RDC Operations Executive to join the Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations team. This full-time role involves contributing to a newly formed organization focused on designing and launching new business models across AMET. The successful candidate will play a key part in redefining fast delivery services and managing 3P Store Operations.

Operational Context

This position is for a Team Lead within UFG UTR operations in KSA. The role requires ensuring that Amazon policies, including attendance tracking, are implemented and administered consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback on associate performance, covering productivity, quality, and safety to meet or exceed Amazon expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end UTR operations for either one large site or a combination of smaller sites, including supervising store operations.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and quality targets, and upholding team safety and morale.
• Drive performance management for team members.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for pickers.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance improvement.
• Conduct daily 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores.
• Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.

Required Experience

The role requires an experienced Operations Lead with a demonstrated history of achieving results in an operational environment. Specific experience requirements were not provided, but a strong record in operations management is essential.
