About the Role

Danfoss is seeking a Sales Engineer Graduate to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on expanding Danfoss' presence across Saudi Arabia by supporting customers in developing energy-efficient, reliable, and sustainable HVAC solutions.

Role Contribution

The Sales Engineer Graduate will integrate technical knowledge with a customer-focused sales approach. This role involves working directly with customers, assisting them in selecting appropriate solutions, and contributing to projects from the initial design phase through to successful implementation. The objective is to build strong customer relationships, act as a technical advisor, and support business growth by maximizing the value customers receive from Danfoss technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer relationships across Saudi Arabia through joint customer visits with Sales Engineers, understanding customer needs, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide technical and commercial support by preparing quotations, basic calculations, solution proposals, and following up on customer inquiries to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Support project development and execution by collaborating with consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a product advisor by maintaining strong knowledge of the Danfoss product portfolio, recommending suitable solutions, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Deliver product presentations and training programs to customers and internal sales teams, helping stakeholders understand product value propositions, applications, and best practices to drive business growth.
