Role Summary

The Security Officer (Saudi National) is responsible for protecting guests, employees, resort property, and facilities at Silver Sands Beach. This full-time position involves monitoring the resort, controlling access, responding to incidents, and maintaining a safe environment for all. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, beaches, pools, parking areas, and public spaces within the resort.
• Control and verify access for visitors, employees, contractors, and vehicles.
• Operate CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, disturbances, and lost-property cases.
• Prepare daily security reports and detailed incident reports.
• Support crowd control measures during events and periods of high occupancy.
• Assist with fire, evacuation, first aid, and other emergency procedures.
• Maintain professional and helpful communication with all guests.
• Coordinate with police, civil defense, medical teams, and other authorities as required.
• Adhere to all resort security policies and be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National.
• 0-1 years of experience in a security role.
• Ability to operate CCTV and other security monitoring equipment.
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols, including fire, evacuation, and first aid.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and authorities.
• Capability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
