Senior Key Account Manager, KSA

TruKKer is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join its team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of key enterprise accounts across KSA, serving as the primary commercial and operational contact. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining margin discipline, and ensuring overall account health.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quotations, rate negotiations, and revenue delivery for assigned key accounts.
• Increase wallet share within existing accounts through proactive engagement and identifying new opportunities.
• Identify and secure new business to expand the account base and overall portfolio.
• Drive the upselling of additional services, lanes, and solutions within existing accounts.
• Maintain strict oversight of account-level margins, ensuring pricing aligns with profitability targets.
• Identify and address margin leakage promptly, collaborating with pricing and commercial teams for corrective actions.
• Validate orders for key accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness before execution.
• Support the Operations team in Proof of Delivery (POD) collection for assigned accounts, ensuring timely closure.
• Act as an escalation point for billing or collection issues raised by clients, resolving disputes while maintaining client relationships and payment schedules.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts, fostering senior-level relationships.
• Conduct regular business reviews to monitor performance, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales.
• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation is preferred.
• Solid understanding of freight pricing, quotation processes, and margin management.
• Experience within the KSA market is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with Operations, Collections, and Pricing teams.
• Demonstrated strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
