Senior Manager Digital Product & Portfolio Management

About the Role

TMC Middle East is seeking a Senior Manager – Digital Product & Portfolio Management for a leading retail and eCommerce organization in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role is central to business strategy and digital delivery, focusing on shaping a connected portfolio of platforms and products to enhance customer experience and drive commercial growth. The position requires a professional who can navigate complex, cross-functional environments and translate digital ambiguity into structured, outcome-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain an integrated digital product portfolio roadmap, assessing initiatives against business value, strategic alignment, and risk, and delivering leadership-ready prioritization recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end product discovery with business, UX/CX, analytics, and technology teams to define outcomes, customer journeys, and success measures with validated functional specifications.
• Coordinate connected capabilities across eCommerce, CRM, analytics, AI, and partner ecosystems, managing platform responsibilities and integration dependencies.
• Maintain product backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; lead backlog refinement and manage scope changes across internal teams and vendors.
• Drive portfolio governance through intake, stage-gate, and reporting processes, including UAT, release readiness, and post-launch optimization.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital product and portfolio management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Experience in retail and eCommerce environments is preferred.

Work Arrangement

This is a strictly onsite position in Jeddah. Candidates must be fully comfortable with this arrangement to be considered.
