About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking a Social Media Executive to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in social media management. The role focuses on enhancing the company's digital presence and bringing its brand story to life across various platforms.

Role Purpose

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, and fostering connections with the online community. This position plays a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and ensuring Leylaty Group's digital presence accurately reflects its brand values of elegance, creativity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce engaging content, including copy, images, and videos, tailored for specific platforms and aligned with the brand's tone and audience.
Oversee daily social media operations, including scheduling and publishing posts, and maintaining consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate an active online community that embodies Leylaty Group's warmth and hospitality.
Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, evaluate campaign outcomes, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategy adjustments.
Plan and execute social media and digital campaigns to improve brand visibility, engagement, and overall growth.
Track customer sentiment and contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and engaging brand presence online.

Required Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of professional experience in social media management or a related digital marketing field.
Demonstrated ability to create diverse content formats (copy, images, video).
Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for community engagement.
Familiarity with social media analytics and performance monitoring tools.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working as part of the Leylaty Group team to manage and enhance its digital footprint.
