The Role: Social Media & Content Executive

Ibtdara is seeking a Social Media & Content Executive to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, hands-on position for an individual proficient in social media dynamics and content creation. The role involves developing content ideas, recording videos, managing social media presence, and interacting with audiences. The Executive will collaborate with the Video Editor and marketing team to transform raw content into engaging digital material and expand the company's online footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Record photos and short-form videos using a mobile device.
• Develop creative content ideas for Reels, short videos, and social media posts.
• Coordinate with the Video Editor to produce engaging content from recorded footage.
• Publish and manage content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
• Support and manage paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on social media trends and suggest relevant content ideas.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Must be available to work on-site in Jeddah.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Comfortable recording videos and creating content using a mobile phone.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or other paid social advertising platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a clear understanding of engaging social media content.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating or managing Reels, TikToks, Shorts, or other short-form content.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
• Experience working with a video editor or content production team.
