Waad Education is seeking a dedicated Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This part-time role focuses on supporting students with diverse learning requirements.

Role Overview

The Special Education Needs Teacher will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. This position is for an individual committed to making a tangible difference in students' educational journeys and overall development.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized learning strategies tailored to students with additional learning needs.
• Develop and execute student support plans to facilitate academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, parents, and the broader academic team to ensure comprehensive student support.
• Contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere within the learning environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a closely related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in special education or in supporting students with additional learning needs.

Essential Skills

• Strong understanding of various individualized learning strategies.
• Proficiency in developing and managing student support plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with all stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
