The Role of Store Manager, Chanel Beauty

As a Store Manager for Chanel Beauty, you will be responsible for driving the store's business performance, cultivating a loyal base of VIP customers, and managing the store team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah, and requires adherence to brand guidelines and established store processes. The role involves leading by example and representing the brand's values.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to build relationships and identify selling opportunities.
• Stay informed on market trends, products, and competitors, sharing feedback with relevant back-office stakeholders.
• Leverage both online and offline points of sale to optimize business.
• Provide clear vision and direction to the team regarding business and store objectives.
• Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent, fostering a positive work environment.
• Act as a coach, promoting a growth mindset and monitoring team development plans.
• Ensure performance improvement plans are transparently discussed and documented.
• Develop an omnichannel mindset within the team, promoting various customer experience touchpoints, clienteling, and leveraging customer data.
• Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers through excellent service and networking.
• Ensure adherence to all sales and operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee the timely and quality processing of e-commerce orders.
• Utilize available technology tools (*, Clienteling app, OMS, Business Whatsapp) to support customer experience, ensuring team proficiency.
• Ensure operating standards are followed, from stock replenishment to visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, retail operations, and HR guidelines, escalating issues as needed.
• Analyze traffic data to ensure optimal floor coverage during peak hours.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a store manager or supervisor.
• Experience range of 2-5 years is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the retail sector, based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic team focused on luxury retail and customer experience.
