About the Role

Modern Mills For Food Products Co. is seeking a Supervisor, Sales to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves leading a team of sales representatives to achieve established sales targets for flour products within a designated territory. The role requires providing supervision, training, and support to the sales team, while also ensuring that sales processes and strategies are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, including negotiating contracts and pricing terms with clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing for all sales.
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the assigned territory, tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Identify and qualify potential clients, developing and executing effective prospecting strategies to generate new leads.
• Utilize industry knowledge and market research to identify target accounts.

Team Management and Reporting

The Sales Supervisor monitors and evaluates sales performance, specifically focusing on flour product sales. This includes providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to sales representatives. The role also involves addressing performance issues and taking corrective action when necessary. Additionally, the Supervisor prepares and analyzes sales reports and metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for growth, and providing insights to management on sales performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma Degree or University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing operations or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience within the FMCG industry is required.
