About the Role

Artas Real Estate is seeking an Architectural Engineer to join their team in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time position requires an individual with demonstrated experience in architectural and finishing works, particularly within the real estate sector. The role offers a competitive salary package including allowances.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing architectural works from conception to completion.
• Supervising finishing works to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural and finishing works.
• Previous experience working with real estate companies is required.
• Proven ability to manage and execute architectural projects effectively.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The successful candidate will receive a salary ranging from SAR 4,000 to SAR 5,000 per month, which includes housing and transportation allowances.
