Role Overview: Backend Platform Administrator

Umrahbookings is seeking a Backend Platform Administrator to manage its internal booking and content management platform. This full-time role is based in Makkah or Jeddah and requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to ensure the system remains accurate, organised, and current. The administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of website content, hotel information, promotions, user accounts, and operational data, working collaboratively with various departments to support business efficiency and provide a seamless experience for partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's internal booking and management platform.
Create, update, and publish website content, including banners, pages, and promotional material.
Manage hotel listings, room information, images, descriptions, facilities, and rates within the platform.
Configure and maintain transfer, visa, and other travel-related services.
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
Monitor system data to ensure information accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Contracting teams for content and system updates.
Perform quality assurance checks to identify and resolve content or configuration issues.
Support the rollout of new platform features and operational improvements.
Produce reports and assist with data management as required.
Maintain platform standards and ensure consistency across all published content.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and platform efficiency.
Escalate technical issues to the development team when necessary and assist with testing system enhancements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and detail-oriented, with a keen interest in managing digital platforms and operational systems. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Work Location and Compensation

This full-time position is available in Makkah or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Umrahbookings offers a competitive salary that will be determined based on the candidate's experience.
