About the Role

Jeddah Airports is seeking a Bank Operations Management Specialist to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on optimizing daily banking operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and asset security.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all aspects of the company's banking operations, including cash management, payment processing, and treasury services.
• Process financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform regular bank account reconciliations to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.
• Oversee the opening, maintenance, and closing of bank accounts.
• Stay current with banking technology to improve operational efficiency and security.
• Develop and implement security measures to prevent fraud, cybersecurity threats, and unauthorized access.
• Analyze and negotiate bank fees to minimize operational costs.
• Prepare reports, analyze financial data, and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to budget development and ensure adherence to financial policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in banking operations management, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with financial software and banking technology.
