The Role of Bell Captain

We are seeking a dedicated and guest-focused Bell Captain to join our Front Office team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to ensuring guests receive professional and attentive service from their arrival through to their departure, contributing to a positive overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain effective working relationships with all Front Office employees.
• Ensure guests are greeted professionally and courteously upon arrival, offering assistance as needed.
• Foster a collaborative working relationship with all Bellboys.
• Utilize the Opera guest profile system to maintain awareness of guest preferences and needs.
• Supervise Bellboy activities, ensuring efficient handling of guest luggage from arrival to room and from room to departure.
• Manage the systematic and efficient handling, storage, and delivery of all messages, mail, and packages for guests and employees.
• Establish and manage the duty roster in alignment with operational requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of hotel services and effectively communicate this information to subordinates to facilitate accurate guest assistance and query resolution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 0-1 years in a relevant Front Office or hospitality role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide professional and customer-focused service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a small team effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at Centro Shaheen in Jeddah. The role involves working within a dynamic Front Office team, directly interacting with guests and supporting hotel operations.
